the train can't find the way (0.13.1)

I did a simple train station, but the train can't find a way. I made this design in the 0.12 and worked without problems. Someone know why?
Both of your train stops are on the wrong side of the track.
As a train approaches a train stop(station) the train stop should be to the right hand side of the train.
