MP Desync Issue *Heavily Modded

We went through all mods before and got through broken ones but then we got the desync issue again after a while , If someone is able to help from the Log that would be amazing!
Currently around 5hours 30playtime , The desync happens just from walking around base or even just standing still
Mods just add so much depth which is why we have so many.
I Will connect the Log to this post
