Fluid Handling Technology

Latest version. No mods. Fluid handling gone . Have Pump jacks, storage, advanced refining. No barrel car, only crude can be barreled. Tried the console unlock for fluid handling, didn't work. Cheats not enabled. Only some robotics blue tech left to unlock.. Can't move lite oil or gas except by pipe. BTW I got all my tech the hard (fun) way.

Are you sure you are playing on 0.15? If so, please upload your savefile.

You are playing on 0.14.23, the features you want (universal barreling, fluid wagon) are only available in the experimental 0.15 version. If you use the website version then enable experimental updates in Options --> Other, if you use the Steam version then opt-in to experimental releases using the betas tab in the game properties.
