The blueprint books will lose the manually sorted order of blueprints when its exported to the blueprint library.

It is really annoying when you have a book full of belt balancers.

Workaround for your scenario is to pad the numbers out to the full number of digits e.g. 01-08.

That's not a bug. The library doesn't allow manual blueprint sorting and instead sorts them alphabetically.

I've changed it so that it sorts numbers reasonably, though – so “12-12” will come after “2-2”.
