[0.15.23] Idle Construction Bots

Not sure what's going on. Probably me being dumb, but I figure I should report anything weird in the beta builds.
Bots are floating idle, with the error "not enough space to store items" or whatever. If you load the save, they'll just sit there, however this happened shortly before I saved. I just told them to deconstruct a temporary laser defense, and they just sat there after destroying some of the pieces. As soon as I move, however, the issue is fixed. They'll go recharge at the nearby roboport, then store stuff on me.
This area is not connected to my main logistics network, therefore there were no storage locations (chests) besides the player (me). However, I have a personal roboport, so they should store items on me (and they will once I move).
