I was placing a new train, and was walking left while moving the mouse left to right and v.v. and suddenly I had two cargo wagons partly covering each other.
I tried to reproduce it a couple of times, but I couldn't.

So I include a zip file from the moment it occured. (Two days ago)

Thanks for the report. The visual may look like the trains are overlapping but they're in fact not. The train collision box is much smaller than the visual it renders resulting in what you see when you force them to move closer than they normally would: http://i.imgur.com/WjoQUya.jpg
