Is it possible to get the information from Factorio Help-About in a mod?

Ideally all of it, but at least the 0.15.30 version number...

Release: Steam
Version: 0.15.30 (build 30727, win64, steam)

What is the difference between "Release: Steam" and the 'steam' in the version string?

"base" in game.active_mods (assuming the base mod is enabled, which is somewhat likely)
