[15.34] Trains coast off-path, into collisions, etc

When a moving train which is operating in 'automatic' mode is switched to 'manual' mode, it continues coasting until it stops. If it coasts through a junction, it won't take a diverging track, even if this is the only route to its next stop. This can result in a 'no path' situation and a stalled train when automatic mode is switched back on. Similarly, the train will coast right through red signals and into occupied track blocks, and will coast into collisions with other trains.

(To replicate: in the attached save file, the train at stop Alpha is programmed to travel to stop Bravo. If you switch it to manual just before the junction, it will coast straight ahead towards stop Charlie, instead of taking the track towards Bravo. If there is a red light or a train past the junction, it will coast right through them, or into them, as the case may be.)

Expected behavior is that the train would keep following the route it would have followed if automatic mode had remained on, until it coasts to a stop.

If you do not want the train to roll down the track uncontrolled, then do not switch it to manual mode while it is moving. NaB.
