I had to shutdown my PC because it froze. After rebooting and launching a map it said: Blah blah couldn't load blueprint library: Map version 0.0.0-0 is too low. Backup was made.

I have the backup. Is there any way to recover a blueprint book from there? I copied it from a multiplayer game and can't find it on the internet.

If you ever opened a save with that blueprint library it should be saved in your save. Just open that save again and you should have your blueprints in the blueprint library, on the right side. This worked for me when I accidentally overwrote my blueprint library with one from a higher game version.
