Game mode suggestions

Hi all,
first up, what an amazing game! Masterfully executed.
I just wanted to suggest 2 game modes for the future.
First up, a survival mode, wherein enemies attack at night, every night, in progressively stronger waves. i believe they should reach a point that cannot be defended by any standard means (massive walls of lasers, walls, and repair bots) their could be a leader board with everyone's high scores (based off days survived)
secondly, i'm aware multiplayer is a ways off yet, but once implemented id love to see a vs mode, and would suggest that when creating a game,their would be an option to specify the distance that players are separated (close, medium, far, nevergonnareachem).
Id also like to see a secondary function of the scanners in this mode, that scans for enemy bases and any range, but takes a very, very long time (5-6 hours with only 1 scanner) i believe tactically, investing in finding your enemies locations would be quite beneficial.
