Press 'M' to open a map while had some chest open (probably Storage chest, don't remember) and had instacrash with no map displayed. Wasn't able to repro next time I've loaded save.

there were also some logistic bots delivering stuff to the character

oops, just happend again, no map involved, was just moving pipes from the same storage chest while building bunch of pumpjacks (and pipes were also in queue), some logistic bots were also delivering some materials (not pipes, probably green circuits, steel, gears)
