[16.17] Game keeps crashing on load

Getting unexpected error in my crappy belt factory. It just crashes to desktop and shows me the log file. Doesn't seem to matter what I am doing and I don't think I made any significant changes since the 16.17 was released. Last played in 16.16. Save and log below.
Reproduction steps: Load Game, walk around and wait for crash.
