0.16.18 - Some biters not attacking

I've noticed in my current map, which was started in 16.16 and has since updated to 16.18, that when attacking a base there tend to be a few biters that just ignore me. It seems to be biters that are spawned during my attack, not sure if they are the ones being spawned from spawners I am currently damaging or not). They will just mill around, I can walk right up to them and they ignore me. Once everything else is dead they go running off, I think to another biter base nearby. Most of the biters/spitters act normally tho, including most of the newly spawned ones. About half of the base attacks (or so) end up leaving a few peaceful wanderers around. The bases are not in the pollution cloud, so they aren't sending out attack waves or anything. Not in peaceful mode, expansion is turned off and the evolution rate is reduced.

I am running Bob's enemies (though I haven't yet run into any of the new biters/spitters spawned by that) and a bunch of other mods. But nothing that should be changing the behavior of the biters.

Hi

You probably suffer the consequences of some bug in v16.16. See viewtopic.php?f=11&t=56683 I haven't had time to test if this is now sorted in 18 completely. But using the command console removed my achievements whic sucks but hey, anything for a better Factorio! So the experimentals shall be diligently updated untill Factorio is truly released as v1 some day. Hopefully later than sooner.... we want spidertrons! Please.

Except I don't have many biters/bases at all. I'm running RSO and have biters set to not expand, so there shouldn't be enough to cause issues like that. And it seems to be newly spawned biters that are having the problem.

Sounds like this which should be fixed in .19, but it's hard to tell without seeing a save.

If it's still an issue in 0.16.19, then please post the save so I can take a proper look.
