[0.16.x] Can not open blueprint book.

Another bug for the 0.16.x - latest experimental.
I can not open the blue print book anymore. From one moment to the next i was unable to open my blueprint books.
Only by dragging the blueprint book into the inventory i can open it with right click.
I can not open it straight from the blueprint library like i always used to.
