[0.16.7] walk-through pipe glitch?

I saw that I can run through the pipes. But just near the pump - no other spot happend to be squeakthroughly (oO)

its between the pump and the boilerMk2 - but just in the one direction showed on the picture
on the second pump I have south-west of this position; it dont happen... so I dont know if its a position- or a pump/pipe-glitch or whatever
oh and I dont use a squeak-through mod
