Language change on update

Hello!
When steam updates the game, it changes the language to system default. So I have to change it back to english every time.

Where do you change it to English? In the game in Options->Interface menu or in Factorio properties in Steam library?

In Options->Interface; but it seems to be fixed. It does not happen during the last few updates. thx.
