Hi,

sadly I have no idea what caused the desync, I just joined and desynced instantly.
There were tons of bots flying around replacing concrete and factorio was using quite much of my cpu even tho update time is only at 2.7ms when i'm on the server.

Thanks for the report. This is fixed in 16.33 but there's a different crash problem in 16.33 so you might have better luck waiting until 16.34.
