[0.16.47] Scroll bar is drawing over research icons

scrollbar in left panel is sometimes drawing over research icons, that leads for example to unreadable levels (on upgrade technologies), or to not see all science packs required for tech

Thanks for the report. That happens when you open the window and then resize the window to maximized. If you open it while maximized it works correctly. It's a known problem with almost every GUI in the game that may or may not be addressed at some point.

guess, i didn't have enough patience with search, i searched for scroll bars but didn't find this one.
