Error while running on_init: __LogisticTrainNetwork__/control.lua:263: bad argument #1 to 'pairs' (table expected, got nil)

Loaded through Mod section in game (Steam); everytime I try to play I get the above pop up and no further. I have tried uninstalling both Mod and game but always goes back to Error. Game plays fine if no Mod. Thank you for any help.

Mods: nothing

I had this as well when trying to install 1.9.1 as my first install. I installed 1.9.0, then replaced with 1.9.1 and its fine.
