What?

A very fast mining drill destroys some resources instead of putting them in the target chest.

Reproduction

• Install the demo mod
• Build an electric mining drill somwhere where it can only reach one resource tile (e.g. 197 stone)
• Put a chest on the output side.
• Power it on.
• See that the chest has less resources than there should be (e.g. only 50 stones instead of 197)

speculation: exceeding 2 item a tick output and input being reduced correctly, but output clamping to 1/tick not counting productivity

Thanks for the report. This was fixed for 0.17 a month-ish ago when I was working on something else.
