Current: semaphore specifies train direction clockwise relative to semaphore.

Suggested: option to make semaphore specify train direction counter-clockwise relative to semaphore.

Motivation:
If you're building two-way rail junction and use right-handed driving direction, your semaphores are always on the outside. (see sample)
This requires your construction always be a bit off from rails, which is not required when you're using left-handed driving direction.
Can let you save space on some of layouts.
Changing working side of semaphore will remove need of choice of left/right handed railroad.

I don't think this is changeable by mods atm.

In real life only one wide tracks can have them on both sides to save poles but 2 wide always have them on the outside.

If train goes to the right, I want to control it with semaphore located on top of the track. (Currently it is bottom of the track.)

Yeah, you don't do that in real life and it would be really confusing for players that are new to trains.

It could also get confusing for anyone who plays on different multi-player servers. (It's bad enough when you have to check to see whether a server is left hand drive or right hand drive. This would make that worse).
