Powdered Quartz Loop

Before I megasize this up in my factory, i was just wondering if this is working as intended.
All I need to do is give it 30 Iron plates to get started(to cover the time it takes them to loop back around). It will then supply me with 2 powdered quartz a second indefinitely with no more added inputs(exluding fuel for furnace). As an added bonus once it is up and running i get an extra 0.16 iron plates a second for free
Basic chain is
Plates->Sticks->Sand->(Crushed Quartz + Gravel + Iron oxide)->(Powdered Quartz + Gravel)
There is enough Iron oxide produced to remake the plates and loop back around and if the gravel is made to sand and fed back in, you will eventually get that bonus iron.
