[0.16.51] Train preview shows wrong surface

Version: 0.16.51 (was it? latest 0.16 version anyway)
OS: Debian
When opening the train dialog the minimap shows the location of the train as red arrow but it shows the surface the player is on instead of the surface the train is on. I'm in TheLab from the Blueprint Laboratory mod (which explains why the map is all grey) while the train is in Nauvis.
Showing the train on the wrong surface is pretty confusing as it appears to drive around in the wild without following any track the user can see.
