Windowed mode upper right status window is cut off

I started playing 0.17.1 today (thanks for providing an addict more crack) and, just started to play Arrival (only got this far). I play in windowed mode so I can switch between that and other things and I have noticed that, when hovering over things, like the Compilatron, the text is cut off. I have attached a screen snip.
