As the title. Technology for second/blue assembling machine now requiers also green science(was only red).

Assembly machine 1 is no longer restricted to recipes with 2 or fewer ingredients, therefore higher tiers of the building are not required.

Great, my bad, but there is no mention that in list of changes, only "rebalanced assembling machines 1, 2 and 3......"
