[0.17.5] cann't input chinese

OS Platform：Windows 10 Pro x64
Factorio version: 0.17.5
At 0.16.x, I can type Chinese in game, for example: rename train station name, input message, blueprint naming，etc...
but after updating to 0.17, I cann't typing Chinese, Please fix it，thx
