[0.17.11] Rich text tag position in station names

Rich text tags in station names are not positioned correctly on the map view relative to the normal text
I believe this is a duplicate. However, I'm unable to track it down due to viewtopic.php?f=55&t=67087
But I think this has been reported, and I believe the rotation changes the behavior of how this is displayed. If I recall correctly, at 0 or 90 degrees, the display seems fine.
