[0.17.14] Train blueprint doesnt show train and wagon wheels

Blueprint doesn't show wheels on blueprint window.

Also when you activate the blueprint, it doesn't show wheels unless train is snapped to rails.

Thanks for the report. This is working as intended: the wheels only show when a train is above some rails.
