Why I can't find any early logistic bot in a non-high-tech run? SOLVED

I now have two maps: One map without High-tech activated and another Full Pymods, as I am not very convinced by the complexity of the latter.
I'm enjoying this mod a lot, however at the no-highTech version, the logistic system tech is too far away in time, besides the lack of the logistic bot cargo- or the requester chest, make this mod too cumbersome many times. On the other hand the high tech has it and It can be developed quite early and greatly improves the experience of these mod.
Am I missing a solution-Trick? I think that this was already answered in a post but I couldn't find the answer or solution again,
Also: the solder recipe cost is definitely too high, I don't mind the complexity of the train track recipe, but If I didn't set a insanely rich ore patch, I would had finished in a deadlock, long before setting up a proper train system to get more basic ores.
