[0.17.24] Fails to get some achievements

I went on a first try for a speedrun, didn't use logistics, solar panels and laser turrets and finished in 9.5h.
I would expect to get all four or none (if something is wrong) of the achievements below.
Achieved:
- Logistic network embargo
NOT achieved:
- No time for chitchat
- Raining bullets
- Steam all the way
It might have to do that I didn't lauch a satellite? (shouldn't be necessary anymore)
