Factorio server connection problem

Hi,

I have problem to connect to my server, map starts downloading but stops. My friend can connect, me not.

on server console i see this when im trying to connect

This is dedicated server and its not problem with no open ports

Dont know why dedicated server of factorio let my friend to connect and download map but not me. Only reinstall whole server solves this problem so... maybe server has some cache or smth related to block me?

I have exactly the same problem, i'am running the server on a dedicated windows 2016 datacenter server myself. Is there a solution for this in the meantime?
