How use [icon]?
I tried it as in the https://www.factorio.com/blog/post/fff-237, but it does not work.

Why it's not on the one line?

It is on one line, just not the line you think it's on. The icons are available in 45 degree rotation increments, but it looks like you have your station names set to be rotated 53 degrees. Change "Train stop label angle" in the interface settings to 45 degrees and it'll line up the way you think it should.
