What happend?
I updated / installed some new mods (i think some bobs mods, and therax'es fork of xander mod), and at startup i got this message. "Disable listed user mods" did luckily not disable base.

What should happen?
"base" should never be shown in that dialoge i guess? At least no in the "to be disabled" section.

It says "user mod" on the buttons because it doesn't disable non-user-made mods - the base mod. See

Nonetheless it does say "Mods to be disabled: base". Are you absolutely sure that the average player knows that "base" is a mod but not a user mod?

Nit-picking over wording like this is how we end up with the most generic useless messages anyone can dream up.
At some point we have to stop and say "No - we're not going to dull down the wording even more" and this is where I draw the line and do that.

I see, and i can agree with that.
Just for the record: I wasn't nitpicking over the *wording*, i was nitpicking about whether or not "base" should be shown at all in that dialogue, if it's never going to be disabled by any of the buttons.
