[0.17.46] - Crash when moving a train left

I was in Comfy's multiplayer Spiral troopers server and noticed an iron train didn't have any stations, so I decided to bring it onto the tracks to look for one. Upon holding A to go left, the game crashes. I also got this log. https://pastebin.com/KEJZS9sm Not sure what happened, but 17.46 did just come out. Upon trying it again, it works.
