[0.17.56] personal robo hanger not working properly at mass update

I currently have the following situation:
- im upgrading a huge amount of entites at once (around 3-4k belts)
- some of those entites are not in range of the robo network
- walking into the uncovered area wont start your own robots immediately.
- after 20-30 seconds the first few robots (not all) start working as expected and stop right after the first replacement
- takes multiple minutes to replace all the entities with personal robots
Further information:
- i had enough energy in my armor
- i had enough material / belts
- i had enough robots
- other players had the same issue
The attachment shows the situation after waiting the the robots finished working.
