[0.17.58] Almost fluid mixing with pumpjack in editor

What i did - watch replay [0.17.58]:

Issue is that when time is paused, pumpjack needs one map tick to assign output connector to be crude-oil.
If pumpjack is placed with paused time(editor), it is possible to attach output connector to different fluid system and after single-tick, pumpjack will fail to assign crude-oil to its output. This is inconsistent with pumpjack placement when there is already pipe with mixing fluid - there will be mixing fluid alert (so there is check when trying to build, but there is no crude-oil connector directly after building)

Thanks for the report. This is a known limitation of how mining drill type entities work and we don't currently plan on changing it. It won't mix fluids - it just doesn't output until the pipe empties.
