[0.17.63] Inserter Capacity Research Bonus not applied to old inserters

Hi, I just researched Inserter Capacity 2.
This research increases both Stack and Non-Stack inserter's capacity in 1.
I found out that once the research is complete, the inserters that were placed before the research was done wouldn't receive the capacity bonus, while the new-placed inserters were.
I attached the save file in case you might need it.
