crash during load, after removing AAI Industry

After adding AAI Industry, and getting a short error message at loading my last game save, I removed AAI Industry. Then I got a crash during game loading, after checking sprites. The log is at https://pastebin.com/vAbU3VMG
I uninstalled Factorio and re-installed it. During startup, Steam crashed with this error box:
