After some amount of play time, it varies, the game crashes to the desktop. the fatal error says that my video card has been removed. no other software is giving me issues. attaching log and save files.

You have pretty up-to-date driver, but there is newer one just from 8 days ago ... try driver version 441.41

Another think you can try is to disable "Use flip presentation model" in graphics options.

If neither helps, just let it switch to run on OpenGL (or switch to OpenGL manually by setting launch option --force-opengl in Factorio properties in Steam Library)

Thanks for the replies. I read the linked posts. I will follow those suggestions.
