Looks like a crash could be related to nVidia Ansel.
- Navigate to C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Ansel\Tools
- Run NvCameraConfiguration.exe
- At the buttom of the window set the NVcamera status to disabled then hit Save.
Another possible workaround could be to unzip
d3dcompiler_47.dll into the same folder Factorio.exe is in, but I somewhat doubt that will prevent Ansel from replacing it with its own version of the library.
Final workaround is to switch to OpenGL renderer. Open Factorio properties in Steam Library and set launch options to

I dont find C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\Ansel\Tools but i donwload d3dcompiler_47.dll and it work
