omnimatter_science bug

Hey I got this bug, I looked at the mods folder and nothing was there, and it won't even let me onto the game. I have tried verify the game but it didn't work
Make sure you don't have redirected mod folder to somewhere else through launch options in Steam. (Factorio properties in Steam Library)
Hit Win + R on your keyboard, type in %APPDATA%\Factorio, click OK and delete "mods" folder in File Explorer that will open.
