This is cargo wagon inventory slots that have been filtered to hold various items.
Running version .18.4

It seems to me that it used to display the items name/description instead of just "Inventory filter" when you mouse over the boxes. Have I done something or is this a change?

Do you have "show description in tootlip" disabled in the settings?
