[0.18.13] Logistics tab not shown with Logistics Robotics researched.

The new logistics tab isn't showing up when I load into my main save. The last research I did before the update was the Logistics Robotics research, so I think that could definitely be related to the issue.
I've attached screenshots of my Inventory and Research screens, as well as my save and log files.
I'm on Windows 10, 64 Bit.
