[0.18.14] MINOR-Graph displays an unexpected time scale Labelling on "250 and 1000 hrs" production/power statistics GUI

What did you do?
Opening the production/power statistics GUI and clicking on the "250 hour" or the "1000 hours" button
What happened?
The production/power graph time scale labelling gets displayed in an unexpected manner
What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected the GUI to show a time scale labelling in according to the currently selected button
this one works as i expected and is following the patterns according to the other tabs
all the other tabs seem to work as expected too
