[0.18.35] Spaceship launch occluded behind entities in background

When a spaceship has launched, i noticed that there are inserters that are drawn over the top of the ship as it launches.
I expected the spaceship to be drawn over the top of the inserters because the spaceship is in foreground (in front of) the inserters.
I've attached a youtube clip of this happening so you can see what i am talking about.
the problem occurs between 0:20 and 0:27 seconds.

I notice no other problem than the visual aspects of this problem.
This issue has always happened for all 100+ launches i've seen in this save.
I have not tried it in any of my old saves and this save is the only one i have launched spaceships from since 0.17.
