Hey,
I don't know if this is a bug, but it looks like one. I got it to fix my Oil, but I think something like that shouldn't exist
(btw. I wanted to merge the Petroleum Gas from the Oil Refinieries with the Petroleum Gas from the Light into Petrol Cracking)

Ever since the fluid mixing prevention was simplified, fluids can mix in some more cases.

Looks like one of the two pipe systems has more than just petroleum gas in it.

By left-clicking on the two pipes-to-ground you try to connect, you should see which one it is. So you should carefully check pipes of the polluted pipe system. After fixing the piping, you can remove the polluting fluid from the pipe GUI, where it shows which fluids are in this system.
