[0.18.38] Toolbelt slots get stuck if an item is built while mouse button is pressed

Set a toolbelt slot to any item not present in your inventory, e.g. a boiler.
Start building a boiler
While the boiler is building, hold down the left mouse button on the boiler slot
Finish building the boiler, release mouse button, drop boiler ghost with Q
Left-click the filter slot

Expected: you pick up a boiler.
Observed: nothing happens.

However right clicking _does_ work.

For me sounds like a duplicate of 87329

Looks fixed in 0.18.39.
