[boskid] [0.18.47] Crash laying rail: RailSignalBase::checkConsistency

Was laying rail and stations to create unloading station template when game crashed.
Dialog box asked for log file to be posted.

PS: Good luck with the launch. Its a great game that has given me (gives me) much pleasure.

Error RailSignalBase.cpp:386: incomingBlock->getOutboundSignals().count(const_cast<RailSignalBase*>(this)) was not true

Update:
Issue can be replicated.
Place a train signal on the track in front of the players current standing position then save the game (or wait for auto save) and game will crash.
New Log file and save game attached
