Requester Chest not receiving items

I can stand next to a blue or green chest and request artillery shells. They will be delivered to my inventory, but the won't go to the chests. I am in a yellow area.
This is not a bug report. Moving to Gameplay help.
Most likely cause is that in your requester chest you did not select the "Request from buffer chests" checkbox if you want it to also request items from buffer chests.
