It still seems to be the case as its happening on my end .

And it seems to be a game issue, rather than a VSync issue, i've forgotten that screen tearing was a problem ever since upgraded my gear.

Especially since in my case, i've been able to capture it on a screenshot, so my screen perfectly ...

Did try, forgot to mention, also Fullscreen, but that didn't end up helping much either. Either no VSync Windowed, VSync Windowed, no Vsync Fullscreen or VSync fullcreen, i still see the same tear in the same place at the map level

Happy owner of a bleeding edge Arch setup, with a 1080Ti (and the latest NVIDIA DKMS drivers).
